Exceptional

Very laidback atmosphere, like a (rather big) shared flat or an alternative living project - does not feel like a hostel/hotel, given the sort of people you meet here - many dreadlocks around, many people who do long-term stays, a small kitchen on each level.

I felt so at home I actually made it no farer than to the next supermarket and back.

Okay

Pretty good bed and super good location with rooftop view. Future owner from Belgium tries to make the place work.

No one speaks English but future owner helps where he can. Not a great atmosphere of common areas. Only 1 shower and toilet combination on our floor, a lot of noise from music and kitchen next to our room as well from outside.

The place is filthy and was reeking of weed in the early morning. We waited a long time for the door to be opened for us both times we went there and the wifi barely worked. I feel sorry for those who had to work there. They didn't even know we were coming and the room we were supposed to get was occupied.

Felt like home.

Felt like home. Eclectic art and plants. Good energy. Old bldg with old wooden floors. They have a kitten that liked us and spent the night in our bed. Even more like home.

There was a big hole in the floor of our room that my daughter discovered as her foot and leg went into it. They had a throw rug over it. They didn’t tell us it was there. Could have been seriously injured. Bad business practice. Staff assured us they would have a taxi for us at 345 am to get to the airport. They infact did not and there was nobody available at that hour there to help us. Very stressful start to the day and left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Quirky, convenient but beware on bathroom options.

Location is fine, quirky in a nice way. Cool old floors.

Note that the rooms do not have bathrooms. Booking.com doesn't say one way or the other which is extremely unusual so if you book in a hurry just dont assume anything. Also water problems but only in the bathroom, worked in kitchen. Bit odd.

Great location, lovely staff, great value for the price.

The staff were wonderful. The location is amazing. The decor is lovely, with all sorts of beautiful murals on the walls. The value for money was amazing. The terrace has great plants and funky colours and an umbrella for the sun and rain.

The bed was too hard, but I’m older than the average traveler.

The location was great, stuff very kind and helpful, the room was big with a beautiful bamboo decoration.

The wifi was not working well, the shared bathroom was for too many people you need to wait too long.
